Return and Refund Policy for Digital Products


  1. We do not provide any free trial version product. The products available for purchase on our web site ( ) are downloadable.

  2. You can cancel your purchase any time before Product Purchase .  No refund will be made once the product is purchase. We have this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your selected product.

  3. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy. If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloaded design or template products
  • .psd  .dgft or any extendion

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

However, digital products can’t usually be returned, as they are downloadable, licensed, or accessed on a subscription basis. This means that the primary way for your customers to deal with any problems is to ask for a refund, or for them to cancel their subscription altogether.

Once your purchase product are not download or not send by provided E_mail id can be  received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card / debit card or any other original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at [___ambichitra6@gmail.com___] and send your item no or proper Volume name :

Digital Products

Often the customer can’t return the item, because it’s a digital copy of a file on their device. You can’t remove it and have no control.

For digital goods, the reason for the return is often quite different and more complex:

  • The purchased product didn’t function as expected (typically software)
  • The product wasn’t compatible with a user’s existing setup (typically software)
  • The item was of lesser quality than expected
  • The charge was for a subscription renewal payment
  • They can’t figure out how to use it (often only with software)
